Being the chef wannabe that I am, I volunteered to cook pasta for our family lunch today. My aunts and cousins and uncle were here because of the family outing planning stuff and for the welcome thingie for my cousin and his girlfriend's arrival on the 30th. So I cooked something they know I love to cook - pasta. I was supposed to cook lemon chicken as well for lunch but I woke up too late and I had a hangover from last night's sessions. Oh, I had dinner at Charlie's with GB, Gayle, and Chenets. I had a hard time finishing the Angus Beef Cheeseburger and for the last few bites, I am so thankful that GB helped me. As I couldn't take anything anymore.
After dinner, I met up with a couple of former colleagues from IBM Business Services, Donna and Dennis, at Bamboo Grill Asia (right across our house). Everything was smooth at first but then things ended up pretty bad when the two of them had a heated argument. I got home at 3am and I was kinda drunk with beer and zombie. So enough blabbing. Yeah, the pasta was cooked for snacks even though it was originally intended for lunch. So the picture on the top is just my share. I love tomatoes and meat sauce. The sauce can also be used as a salsa. Yummy! I love pasta and Italian cuisine. Hopefully, I cook it good enough.
